Born Lawrence Wayne Sinclair, on September 26, 1961 in Camden, South Carolina, Larry Sinclair currently resides in Port Orange, Florida.

I decided to enter the race for U.S. Congressman from Florida's 24th Congressional District after Suzanne Kosmas (D-FL24), a multi-millionaire said "my schedule does not permit me to hold Townhalls with voters...." but the very next week (Aug 19, 2009) Mrs. Kosmas had time to spend the day with donors paying $1000-to-$10,000 to her re-election coffers. In addition to Suzanne Kosmas' inability to lead, I have become determined to get involved after seeing first hand the efforts of Barack Obama and his administration to destroy anyone who dares speak the truth.
I have criminal convictions between 1981 thru 1986 for "Theft" based on writing bad checks; "Forgery" for signing former Youth Counselors names to checks, and "Unauthorized use of a Financial Transaction Device" from using a credit card number by phone to pay a hotel stay in 1986. I do not hide from my past and I have always admitted to my wrong doings. Now there are people who have and will continue to misrepresent and distort my past, but that will not deter me from running for the U.S. Congressional Seat in Florida District 24.
I am a life long openly gay male who has not needed to force others to accept me or my lifestyle.
It is time that the people are represented by the people and not individuals who have made millions from Public Office.
I am disabled and have been since a series of work accidents from October 2000 through August 2, 2001. Prior to my becoming disabled I held employment with Marriott, Hilton and Westin Hotels; Ft. Lauderdale's Famous Pier 66 Hotel; Tony Roma's (both Franchise & Corporate units); Sky Chef; South Miami Beaches Rooney's Pub; Denny's; operated my own catering business briefly in Lakewood Colorado; as well as a Truck Driver for a Fresno California company before moving to Sacramento, CA for a job driving Bobtails for B&G Delivery Systems, Inc.
While my current physical limitations would allow me to have assistance completing the normal day to day life chores, I have continued to take care of myself the best I can. I learned from past employment where I cared for the elderly and Developmentally Disabled, that you never want to get to a point in life where you are cared for 100% by someone else. My refusal to allow people to do for me the things that I have a difficult time doing for myself has been met with my being called a fraud, for no other reason than I have made truthful statements about Barack Obama that are less than flattering for his false image.
Unlike Rep. Suzanne Kosmas (who has a net worth of $10+ Mil dollars), I have to struggle to make ends meet on less than $700.00 per month. That was $457.00 per month when I first became disabled living in the most expensive state in the nation at the time, California.
I have personal experience with a government-run healthcare program ( Medicaid) denying medical procedures ordered by doctors for years now which Medicaid continues to this day to deny. I deal with a wonderful Primary care Physician who tells me that Medicaid tells him not to refer or order certain medical procedures for his patients but instead just tell them you need to monitor it for a few months.
I can represent the people of Florida's 24th Congressional District because I go through the exact same day to day challenges that most FL 24 residents go through.
Suzanne Kosmas is a career politician who has stated she does not support term limits. In fact Rep. Kosmas ran for her current office because she was forced out of the Florida House by Term Limits.
